Succulents have become a popular houseplants because of their beauty and toughness. They’re also great fun mixed with cut flowers for a unique container garden. We’ll be making a planter of succulent plants, tillandsia (air plant), succulent clippings, fresh and dried flowers, and decorative top dressing, in an 8” round ceramic dish. You will also learn different mechanics to add fresh flowers to the planter, indoor versus outdoor succulents, and planter maintenance. Please bring your own clippers. All other supplies will be provided.  Class size is limited.  Floral designer Mary B. Hayes of Semper Virens Flowers is leading the workshop.
